Scheduling Your Session
Using Your Gift Card
Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 4 hours’ notice through contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the gift card will be considered invalid, and its value forfeited. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.
Return Policy
Gift cards can be exchanged for treatments or massages of equal value within the first 15 days after purchase with no option for a monetary refund.
