We have established these rules to ensure an exceptionally relaxing and safe experience for all our visitors in a harmonious environment where tranquillity and well-being are the priority. These guidelines help us maintain the quality of our treatments, ensuring that you can fully enjoy your time with us.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment Options

Online Booking: You have the convenience of paying for your session at the time of booking through our secure online payment system.

At the Massage Centre: Alternatively, you may choose to pay for your session upon arrival at our massage & spa centre.

Credit Card Information Requirement

Credit Card on File: To secure your appointment, we require that you provide your credit card information at the time of booking. This is a standard practice to ensure the reservation of your time slot.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full Refund for Early Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 4 hours’ notice through contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures you will not be charged for the session.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.

Group Booking Policy

Group Size: This policy applies to bookings for groups of 3 or more people.

Full Prepayment Requirement:

Group bookings require significant preparation and coordination to ensure that we can accommodate everyone’s needs and preferences. By securing your reservation with full prepayment, we can:

Guarantee the availability of our therapists for your group.

Ensure that all preparations are made for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Minimize the risk of last-minute cancellations, which can affect other clients and our scheduling.

Cancellation Policy for Group Bookings

Cancellations with 24 Hours’ Notice: If you need to cancel your group booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. In this case, we will refund your full payment.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if your group does not show up for the appointment, the full payment will be non-refundable. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may need our services.

Arrival

Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time to complete necessary intake and consent forms along with a health questionnaire. Your punctuality is crucial not only for a seamless experience but also to address any issues comprehensively and ensure both your safety and ours. Kindly be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled treatment time. Arriving early will help make your session more enjoyable and stress-free.

Time Management

We always strive to provide our clients with a full massage of 30, 40, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, as booked. However, factors such as late arrival, taking time to disrobe, or restroom use could prevent us from achieving that. Since there is always a client scheduled directly after you, your block of time cannot interfere with the next client’s time. This is especially important if another therapist has a client scheduled in the same room after your appointment.

Health & Hygiene

It is important that you inform us of any health conditions, such as allergies or previous injuries, to provide you with personalized care. Aroma Thai Massage & Spa strictly follows all public health guidelines, including COVID-19 protocols. We kindly request that you maintain proper hygiene before your visit. If you arrive with improper hygiene, massage therapists might recommend showering before your session for hygiene and comfort. Improper smells are a distraction for massage therapists.

Age Requirement

Children aged 7 to 12 are welcome to enjoy a kids’ massage when accompanied by an adult. Spa treatments are available for individuals aged 16 and above.

Therapists

While we strive to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific therapist. All our therapists are highly trained to provide you with the utmost comfort and care.

Gratuities and Tips

Should you wish to express your appreciation through gratuity or tips, please leave them in cash directly to your therapist or at the room before leaving.

Draping

Clients will be properly draped with a sheet and/or towel throughout the entire duration of their massage. Only the areas being treated will be exposed, ensuring that the breast and intimate regions remain covered and are never massaged.

Honourable Conduct

We offer only professional massages and spa services intended for relaxation and therapeutic purposes. Any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session. This includes but is not limited to harassment, threatening speech or behaviour, sexual advances or requests, and any form of disrespectful actions or language. Sessions will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If a session is terminated due to any of these reasons, the full amount for the scheduled session will still be charged.

Special Clothing for a Special Journey

For gentlemen, we provide traditional Thai pants to ensure your comfort and facilitate ease of movement during your Thai Massage session. Your upper body will be covered with a textile sheet during the dry massage and uncovered when applying oil and herbal balm. For ladies, we offer the same traditional Thai pants along with a specially designed T-shirt featuring an easily accessible opening at the back for the application of oils and herbal balms. For full body oil massages and spa treatments such as Aromatherapy massage, Lomi Lomi massage, Sports massage, Body scrub, and Body wrap, we provide disposable underwear. However, you are welcome to wear your own underwear if you prefer.

Visitors

We regret that we cannot accommodate visitors or pets in our treatment rooms except when the client is accompanying a child. All visitors must remain in the waiting lounge.

Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. Please ensure you check your belongings before leaving the treatment rooms.

Gift cards

We are pleased to offer our massage and spa physical gift cards in two elegant presentation options to make your gift-giving experience special. Please note that there is a small additional charge for these options:

Beautiful Box: Our first option presents the gift card in a stunning, beautifully designed box. This adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your gift. There is an extra charge of 3€ for this option.

Standard Gift Card Option

If you prefer not to choose either of these presentation options, you will receive the gift card alone without any additional packaging. This allows you the flexibility to present the gift card in your own special way.

Collection Policy

Please note that currently, we do not provide delivery or postal services for our gift cards. Customers are required to collect their gift cards in person at our massage centre. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Online Treatment Gifts

In addition to physical gift cards, we also offer an online treatment gift option. You can easily choose and purchase an online treatment gift through our website. The recipient will receive the gift via email, making it a convenient and quick way to send a thoughtful gift to your loved ones.

Scheduling Your Session

Using Your Gift Card

At the Centre: When you arrive for your scheduled session, present your gift card at the front desk to redeem its value. This will cover the cost of your massage.

Cancellation Policy for gift card redeeming

Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 4 hours’ notice through contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the gift card will be considered invalid, and its value forfeited. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

Return Policy

Gift cards can be exchanged for treatments or massages of equal value within the first 15 days after purchase with no option for a monetary refund.

Gift Card Validation: Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date. Expired cards cannot be redeemed or used for any transactions. Please keep track of the expiration date to ensure full use of your gift.

Loyalty card

Our Loyalty program offer an excellent way to commit to your personal care. Available in a set of 6 or 12 sessions at a 10% discount. Each session lasts either 60 or 90 minutes depending on your purchase.

You can also combine half the sets with 60 min, and the other half with 90 min to suit your desire. The Loyalty program can be purchased through this link or visit our centre. You can book each session by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. These packages are designed to cater to a variety of needs and preferences.

Expiration: Loyalty card never expire.

Non-Exchangeable: Loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.

Transferable: Loyalty card can be shared and transferred to others.

Session Durations: The chosen session durations are final and cannot be split into multiple sessions.

Policy Enforcement: Aroma Thai Massage & Spa reserves the right to dishonour a session if the redeemer is not the intended beneficiary or has obtained it unlawfully.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at our discretion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling of the Loyalty Program

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure to do so with ample notice to avoid any loss of prepaid session benefits.

Previous system´s Gift Cards & Loyalty card

We will continue to honour all existing Gift cards and Loyalty card issued under the previous system (before relocation). Clients can use those cards under the same conditions as before, guaranteeing fairness for our valued clients.
